"I missed that friendship bracelet too," Johanna replies, arching her brow when Katniss doesn't seem to push back the way she had in those first few days together in the Capitol. Maybe they're learning and growing. Well, maybe Katniss is. Johanna hasn't changed an inch, certainly hasn't grown as a person and if she even begins to think she's softened, she'll take herself to a stone like she's a dull blade.

She waits expectantly for Katniss to determine what happens next. She has her orders and she'll follow them, but she's not going to walk into this blind. Precaution is the way to go.
